Terms of use.
The rules for Swifto, the quick-link service at swifto.link: opening its short links and signing in.
01
What Swifto is
Swifto is a quick-link service: it turns long web addresses into short links that are easy to share, type and remember.
02
Agreement
By opening a Swifto link or signing in on swifto.link you agree to these terms.
03
Links
A Swifto link always opens a creator's page on our platform, never a site somewhere else. Creators can change or switch off their links, so an old link may stop working.
04
Your account
Signing in on Swifto uses the same account as the spaces its links open. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account.
05
Content is the creator's
What a link opens belongs to its creator. What you unlock is for your personal use: don't copy, share or resell it, or try to get around locks and age checks.
06
Payments
Anything you buy from a space is paid on a secure payment page, under the payment partner's own terms.
07
Misuse
Don't use Swifto links to mislead people, to spam or to get around a creator's locks. Use Report a link at the bottom of the page; we may switch off links that break these terms.
08
Availability, liability and changes
Swifto is provided as it is, without a promise that it's never interrupted. As far as the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. We may update these terms; using Swifto after an update means you accept it.
