What Swifto, our short-link service, keeps when you open a link or sign in, and how to reach us about it.

Opening a link
We count how many times each link is opened and when it was last used, and the page it opens counts the visit for its creator with a random id kept only until you close the tab. We don't record who you are.

Signing in
If you sign in we keep your account details (your password is handled by our sign-in provider) and the memberships you hold, so we can show you what you've unlocked.

Messages to us
When you report a link or contact us, we keep what you send and your email if you give it, to answer you and look into it.

Who sees it
The providers that run Swifto (hosting, database, sign-in), and our payment partner when you buy something. We never sell personal data.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data at any time: use Contact at the bottom of the page.
